When commanders are destroyed, they usually go to the graveyard. However, if a commander is exiled, it can still be returned to the command zone instead of going to the graveyard.
Yes, tokens hit the graveyard when they die in a game of Magic: The Gathering.
Etrata, the Silencer is a legendary creature card in Magic: The Gathering. When Etrata deals combat damage to a player, you exile that player's creature and put a hit counter on Etrata. If Etrata has three hit counters on it, you win the game. If Etrata is put into the graveyard or exiled, you shuffle it into its owner's library.
hit and destroyed
There are a static abilities called Deathtouch and first strike. Deathtouch kills instantly and first strike allows a creature to hit an enemy before they can hit them. I have seen enchantments such as Bound in Silence and Cowed by Wisdom that put the creature out of play for X turns or until the owner pays mana. I usually play mono-white so i don't know much about other colors. There is alot of card that can destroy and exile creatures. When a creature is destroyed it is put into it's owners graveyard. When it is exiled it is removed from the game.
No it can't, because Skill Drain only negates the effects of monsters who try to resolve their effects while they are face-up on the field at the moment of resolution. Monsters who trigger when they are destroyed, will trigger after they leave the field. Some monsters specify that they must go to the graveyard, others, like Warm Worm, do not. Warm Worm would trigger even if whatever destroyed it also banished it, and so it never hit the graveyard. Because Warm Worm is not face-up on the field when its trigger tries to resolve, Skill Drain can do nothing to it.
never it was destroyed the first time it hit jupiter
Well they do not die, they get destroyed when they hit earth......
A Meteor hit the earth and destroyed everything
No. Because the cost is 'discard E-Hero Captain Gold to the graveyard', he must hit the graveyard for this cost to be satisfied. If Macro Cosmos is active, then Captain Gold would not go to the graveyard when discarded, so that effect can't be activated.
yes it did it hit Florida and destroyed the motorway between Miami and Tampa
the earth would be destroyed
