Muhammad Ali Jinnah did not fail whatsoever in his endeavours; to form a separate homeland for the Muslims residing in India; Pakistan. In fact, he was successful in doing so successfully. It may be true that his plans could be executed untarnished (Rigging in the Radcliffe Boundary, unfair asset division, reluctance of India to give Pakistan their share from India's national bank) but, his primary visions were put in place firmly.
