How do Pakistan and Bangladesh differ in their practice of Islam?

The teachings of Islam are the same for all Muslims through out the world. There is no difference in practice of Islam between Pakistan and Bangla Desh. They follow the teachings of Islam and the holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAW).

They really don't differ in any significant way.

The reason that the union of Bangladesh and Pakistan came apart in 1971 has nothing to do with religious practices. There were vast linguistic and cultural differences between Bengalis on the one hand and Sindhis, Punjabis, Balochis, and Pashtuns on the other hand. There was also the small fact that the Pakistani government committed genocide in Bangladesh in 1971 where between 300,000-3,000,000 Bengalis were murdered and 200,000-400,000 Bengali women were raped.
