The largest provinical park in Ontario is Polar Bear Provincial Park. (which is located on the north side of the Ontario Road map)http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polar_Bear_Provincial_Park

However, it lies on Hudson Bay. The largest park that you can drive to is Algonquin.
