Therefore Cyprus as recognised by all foreign governments, aside from Turkey, Cyprus is run by a Greek Cypriot government and is therefore Greek.

No it isnot.It was a united country of two sides Turks and Greek but then it divided when an action from Greece to kill and utilize all Turks and make the island a Greek island.
