It depends on what you mean by free.

If you literally mean free, as in geographically, Europe is free from any other continent, then the answer is no as it is physically attached to Asia.

However, if you mean free as in citizens of Europe having liberty and freedom, then the answer is mostly yes. There are a few countries that are deemed not completely free in Europe, for example Belarus and Russia. However, the vast majority of European countries are deemed free and in fact, most of the freest countries on the planet are located in Europe.
