Well Brazil isn't a city, it's a country in South America, but two of its cities are on the list of largest cities in the top 20: http://www.mongabay.com/igapo/cities.htm 4th is Sao Paulo, with 17,857,000 people. 14th is Rio de Janerio, with 11,214,000 people. Brazilia, the capital, comes 95th with 3,099,000 people.
In 2010 Albuquerque ranked at number 34 on a list of America's largest cities. In 2007 it was listed as America's 6th fastest growing city by the US Census Bureau.
