Iceland is an island.surrounded by the Greenland Sea and N-Atlantic Ocean.

It's actually literally a huge dessert island far away from.. Well mostly everything.

If you'd go south (almost south), with some little change of direction you'd hit either, some tiny *tropical* islands (with alotta luck), or Antarctica.
