Like Most Canadians we like seal meat, wild deer, moose, caribou and Rabbit but really Nova Scotians like the rest of Canada have a very diversified population and I bet we eat most everything that Americans or other Canadians eat. Perhaps because we have a fresher supply of fish, lobster and crab that we might eat that slightly more then the general population.
