I am from Peru and we eat ..........chaufa (rice with eggs,soy sauce in rice,chicken.)

Chicharones with yuca,seviche and more plate.

We eat a little aji (Chile),a lot of white rice,spaghetti and we Do Not Eat TORTILLA
