What is the southernmost US city within the Arctic Circle?

The only part of the US that's north of the Arctic Circle is the north 30% or 35% of Alaska.
The outposts of civilization up there are really not what you'd call 'cities' ... there's nothing
to compare to a New York, Chicago, Dallas, or Buffalo.

Anchorage is the state capital, and the largest city in Alaska. (It's about 370 miles outside
of the Arctic Circle.) The population of Anchorage is 301 thousand, and that's more than
40% of the entire state's population ! There's not much left to spread around the portion
of the state that's north of the Circle.
