In terms of what? This is a tricky answer.

On the lighter side, and being a fan of Mexico, I could tell you why Mexico is better than Brazil: Besides Samba, Brasilerinhas and Jogo Bonito (beautifully played Soccer), Brazil hasn't many more things to offer to the world.

Mexico on the other side, has Tequila, Mariachi, Señoritas, Margaritas, Nachos, Cancun, Tulum, Cozumel, Los Cabos, Zapateado, Charreada, Tex-Mex, Tacos, Burritos, Guacamole, Corona Beer, Springbreak and many many more things to list here.

EDIT: The person above me has obviously never been to Brazil. Brazil has Rio de Janeiro, copacabana, ipanema, christ the redeemer, pao de acucar, 5 world cups, maracana stadium, the AMAZON RAINFOREST, the Amazon river, and extensive array of diverse culture, CARNAVAL, incredible new years celebrations, tons of holidays, incredible deserts, incredible food, incredible drinks, incredible wild life, beaches, women, the list just goes on and on. Mexico is a pretty interesting place but it's pretty bland compared to Brazil.

EDIT2: Nobody is saying Brazil is less attractive than Mexico, but in overall terms, Mexico is much more popular. Objectively, this is explained by the fact that Mexico receives more international tourists than the rest of all Latin America, including of course, Brazil.

Since the first match in 1914 till the last match on 28th Sept. 2011, the two football teams met each other 98 times, Brazil won 39, Argentina 35, Draw 24. Brazil scored 152 goals, Argentina 150 goals.
