Libya has often justified its actions on the international stage by emphasizing its sovereignty and the need to protect its national interests, particularly during times of conflict or foreign intervention. The government has historically portrayed itself as a champion of anti-Imperialism and pan-Africanism, arguing that foreign powers are attempting to undermine its stability. Additionally, internal narratives often highlight the importance of national unity and security in the face of perceived external threats. Such justifications serve to rally domestic support and deflect criticism from international observers.

In psychology, rationalization refers to the cognitive process by which individuals attempt to justify or make excuses for their behavior, thoughts, or feelings in order to maintain a positive self-image. It involves creating logical or plausible reasons for actions that are driven by unconscious desires or motivations. Rationalization can serve as a defense mechanism to protect the individual from feelings of guilt, shame, or anxiety.

the name for that kind of person is a sissy there just scared to talk so that's what they do they make up excuses!!!!!!!!
At the beginning, it is easier to make excuses instead of a responsible statement, but overtime the excuses pile up which will overtime make it hard to get people to believe you when you say an excuse. Therefore, in the long run, it is easier to make a responsible statement. (And that doesn't mean a responsible excuse because those don't exist.)
