If you will please forgive my contradicting your fundamental thesis, it is not only

unwarranted, but quite foolish as well, to say that "Israel people hate Russians".

It should also be noted that over 1.5 million Israelis have whole or partial Russian ancestry, which would mean that these Israelis would be hating themselves.

Specifically within Israeli society, Liberal Israelis tend to dislike the Russian Israelis as a block because they have led to an increase in nationalism and right-wing ideological parties, like Yisrael Beitenu and Israel National Home. However, there is no hatred for Russians or Russian Israelis by Israelis in general as well as non-Russian Israelis.

There is also opposition to actions of the Russian government by many Israelis, especially Russian Israelis, because of that government's aggressive stance towards minorities and Jews in particular. The treatment of Jews in Russia was harsh and life was difficult, preventing people from having fond memories. Additionally, in foreign policy, Russia is the primary European backer of the Arab countries and has solid relations with Iran. Support for Israel's enemies antagonizes a lot of Israelis and because Russian Israelis are more nationalistic, it offends them even more than it does the "typical" Israeli.
