How can you lie to everyone and be president of America?

Hillary Clinton has stated that she has never told a lie. Since she has never lied that must be the truth. She is running against a man who has made no such claim. Here the choice is clear.

Regarding Barack Obama, he has used the Justice Department, the IRS and the FBI to stop conservative from lying and has called on neutral fact checkers in the press such as Candy Crowley to correct politicians that lie in debates. This stopped someone who "lies to everyone" from becoming President of the United States.

Since you have placed this question in the "Barack Obama" category, we may safely assume you are not a fan of the president. That is certainly your right, but that doesn't make him a liar. Every president has been accused at one time or other of lying or deceiving or misleading the public-- usually, it is their political opponents who make these accusations. But what one side calls a "lie," the other side might say is just a different interpretation of the facts.

I do not have any credible evidence that Mr. Obama has intentionally lied about anything; but there is a lot of evidence that he, like most politicians, tries to spin the facts to make his actions seem more favorable. Politicians from both parties do this often, and it's not illegal. On the other hand, perhaps you have read various conspiracy theories about where Mr. Obama was born and as a result, you may think he has lied about his birth. But it's pretty well-documented that he was in fact born in Hawaii, whether some people want to believe it or not. That said, while it's never good to be dishonest, in politics it's fairly common for candidates to exaggerate or distort when trying to make a point. Exaggerating, bragging, or even misleading the voters is annoying, but it's not illegal. Nor was it illegal for presidents throughout history to sometimes be less than honest with the American public. So, no, President Obama has broken no laws, and not everyone agrees with you that he "lies to everyone." His political opponents certainly like to say that, but saying it doesn't mean it's accurate.

Most politicians speak to what they think will sell themselves to the voters. I read an article regarding facts as they exist in this election. These days, there is so much data that a "fact" can reflect an interpretation of the data as a whole, a piece of the data or whatever suits your purpose. Also, many office seekers and their voters are not clear on the responsibilities of the jobs -- some things you just cannot do independently while others are fine. For instance, a president can declare an area to be a monument and Congress votes on national parks. The Constitution as well as the practices of past presidents set the rules. All of us need to listen and read critically to the information out there and do our best to determine who is the most likely to make the decisions for us that support our people, our communities, and our infrastructure. And, also to be sure that you understand the moves that the office holders make while they are in office. It is no longer sufficient to hear that something is a lie and not look into it further to see if it is bias due to party or a reasonable thing to do in the situation. We cannot know everything from outside of the situation and the candidates can't either. Past generations honored the sitting president and I support that, even when someone wins that I did not support.
