How do you feel Reiki?
I've had many Reiki Sessions and many times for me I feel a lot of heat in an area where there is a healing taking place. Also, sometimes after the session, I just want to take a bath and go to bed due to tiredness. Usually I will eat a fruit like an apple and some almonds before going to bed. This helps give me a little energy especially if the session was at night. And there are times I have so much energy I'll have my Reiki Session and want to go eat a feast of food... you just never know. Each session is unique in many ways. I love Reiki and always have. It's good stuff.
Why my feet tingle when doing reiki?

The State of Georgia does not currently regulate Reiki.
