1) Open front hood. 2) Twist lowbeam connector from back of headlight casing. 3) Twist apart bulb from the connector. 4) Replace with new bulb. 5) Reverse order of above steps to finish.

You alter the brightness of a bulb by changing the voltage or frequency that is applied to the bulb.
You should try changing the light bulb... if that doesnt work, then there might be a short in the wiring, and will need to be looked at by someone who knows electrical wiring.

open the hood and squeeze the lowbeam connector and push down and it should disconnect then turn the bulcounterclockwise to remove bulb. reinstall in reverse order your done.
Have you tried changing the bulb ? maybe the bulb is bad
Remove the grill. There are 3 or 4 screws along the top and 3 places where it's clipped at the bottom. Then you have 2 bolts holding on the monting plate for the light, remove those and you can access the bulb to replace. Takes about 5 min.
