The First Amendment right to freedom of speech, as applied through the Fourteenth Amendment, assuming the button doesn't actually cause disruption at school. The issue raised is similar to that in Tinker v. Des Moines, 393 US 503 (1969).
Note that First Amendment rights are not absolute, and that the Supreme Court has refined the Tinker ruling in subsequent cases.
