The first game of this season was a special invitation game to the innagural Friends Of Coal Prep Classic. Pennsylvania teams were invited to play some of the best Ohio and West Virginia teams. Thomas Jefferson played a team called Cleveland Glenville. Thomas Jefferson is a PA Class AAA team and Glenville is classified as a 5A school in Ohio (equal to a Quad A in PA). Glenville was ranked nationally as high as 9th or tenth but since has lost a game to the number 4 team in the country. Max Preps currently has them ranked in the 20 or 30's.
