Puerto ricans are spanish their anccestors come from Spain . Some white people and some black people made children in Puerto Rico just like any other spanish country like Dominican Republic, cuba, Mexico and so on. so no they are not 100% white and they are not 100% black either they are spanish and a spanish country. and will always be no matter what. They are u.s teritory but they are still a spanish country.

This is because Puerto Ricans are humans just like the rest of us. Therefore, they can and do like any other type of humans. I would highly recommend that you take a course at a local high school or community college on Sociology. Perhaps then you would learn that people are people and that there is no rule for how a specific group relates to another group. I worry for you. Why would this question even pop in your head? People are people and there are no rules or for how one group should or does relate to another group.
