This question is Biological in nature, but can be simplified to fit the historical context. Basically, if you isolate two populations, they will adapt to their different environments. The environment in Europe differed than that of the Americas; therefore, Europeans adapted in a different manner than American Indians. One of the adaptions stems from the proliferation of various diseases in crowded cities and close proximity to animals (part of the reason the Black Plague was so disastrous). Because of the number of novel diseases in Europe, Europeans had built certain immunities. The immune systems of American Indians, however, were not familiar with the diseases found in Europe. When introduced to the common cold or influenza, the American Indians could not fight them off. Many millions of native peoples in the Americas died as a result.
The Europeans started to use the Native Americans as slaves.
Christopher Columbus killed many many Native Americans. Europeans also killed many by bringing diseases to america. They (the British and europeans) were sick people, and very greedy, which is why there are very little Native Americans left.
Diseases that were brought to the Americas from Europe. Americans had no immunities from those diseases. What would make a European mildly sick would kill people that had no resistance at all.
Many of the Native Americans died of disease from being around the Europeans. Colonists also traded with Africa and African Americans became more efficient.
When the Europeans came over to the native Americans they spread a disease call "smallpox" it was spreading vastly and killed 200,000 people. The doctors finally found a cure and it was ok. But also the first thing the europeans did whille their stole the native Americans land
To get a general idea, the Native Americans taught the Europeans how to farm, kill certain animals, make jewelry (such as bead necklaces), and many other things. In return, the Europeans taught the Native Americans how to use advanced technologic weapons (guns), and taught them the idea of religion.
Many native Americans succumbed to the diseases brought over by the Europeans, as they had no immunity.
The Europeans started to use the Native Americans as slaves.
Native Americans definitely suffered from the westward migration of Europeans.
European diseases killed so many Native Americans because the natives had no natural immunity. It is surmised that hundreds of thousands died.

The opinions between Native Americans and Europeans regarding their treatment of one another were deeply influenced by cultural misunderstandings and differing worldviews. Europeans often viewed Native Americans as obstacles to land expansion and resources, leading to exploitation and violence. Conversely, many Native Americans saw Europeans as invaders who disrupted their way of life, leading to resistance and conflict. These differing perspectives were shaped by the Europeans' colonial ambitions and the Native Americans' desire to preserve their autonomy and lands.
Many thousands of Native Americans were killed by diseases such as smallpox that was spread to them, intentionally and unintentionally, by white settlers.
Many native American tribes were ousted from their homelands or persecuted to extinction or near-extinction by the colonists. Europeans also brought diseases that were formerly confined to the Old World. Native Americans had not developed the resistance to these diseases and many died.
