Yes. Plymouth wanted to break from the England churches and do their own religion. They sailed on the mayflower, planning to go to Virginia. They were blown off coarse and landed on today, Massachusetts. They made the Mayflower Compact in which laws were made. They made great progress on their life there after the Indians helped them on Thanks Giving.
