Non-existent. Lincoln pennies with a pair of stalks of wheat on the reverse were produced between 1909 and 1958. In 1959, the reverse was changed to an image of the Lincoln Memorial. There is one suspected "mule" 1959 cent with a wheat-ear back, but its authenticity is very much in dispute. Any others that have been found have turned out to be fakes made by combining halves of genuine 1958 and 1959 cents, using the same techniques that create two-headed magician's coins.

A wheat penny is any Lincoln cent that was made between 1909 and 1958. The back of a wheat penny says, "One Cent", and it has a picture of two ears of wheat on either side of these words. Earlier (Indian head) cents and any cents dated 1959 or later aren't wheat cents.

What does the 1959 wheat penny look like?

The last year for the Lincoln Wheat cent was 1958. 1959 is the first year for the Memorial reverse. There is an unconfirmed 1959 "mule" cent with the wheat reverse but a 1959 date. It looks just like a standard wheat cent except for its year, but as of this writing (2010) no one has been able to either authenticate the coin or prove that it's a fake, so it remains a mystery.
