Updates1920 is not a rare date for wheat cents in average circulated condition. Look on the front of the coin to see if there's a small mint mark letter below the date. It may be blank or there may be a D or S.

Numismedia lists the following approximate retail values as of 08/2010:

No mint mark (Philadelphia):

Very worn condition - $0.15

Moderately worn - $0.38

Slightly worn - $0.86

Almost no wear - $6.40

Uncirculated - $12.00 to $54.60 depending on quality

"D" mint mark (Denver):

Very worn - $0.58

Moderately worn - $1.50

Slightly worn - $2.59

Almost no wear - $29.90

Uncirculated - $62.40 to $980.00

"S" mint mark (San Francisco):

Very worn - $0.29

Moderately worn - $1.27

Slightly worn - $2.19

Almost no wear - $33.40

Uncirculated - $86.40 to $920.00

Answer1920 is not a rare date for Lincoln cents.

Well-worn it's worth about 3 cents.

Lightly worn (with all the lines in the wheat ears well defined) it's worth about $2.00

A nice uncirculated one is worth about $10-$15
