The answer is yes, but you must only have the same breeds.. ( You all know that :P) You must have at least 9,999 trainer points. You must feed the female only milk and only dry dog food. The male can only go for walks or enter competitions. Make sure that the both male and female play with each other. After a few days, ( yes i know when in real life labor it takes like several weeks) when the female wakes up, a little puppy will be under her belly. I have just found out after long searching that it is possible to have puppies. Take a boy and a girl of the same breed dog and the boy have the lucky collar and the girl a rose and give them milk and food but that's it, DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM OR TAKE THEM FOR WALKS. BASICALLY ONLY GIVE THEM MILK AND FOOD NOTHING ELSE.

step 1 need to have a boy and a girl.step 2 both need to be very consderate and

rarely get into fights.step 3 feed them only milk and dry food .step 4 let them
