Can you get pregnant in The Sims 3 for Xbox 360?

Yes you can. Its simple all you have to do is have a male sim and female sim(both have to be adult or young adult) Ok so for example i am a male sim,i go on a double bed then click relax when i am on the bed i then click the female sim(you have to have high relationship with the female)and then click "try for baby" she will come on the bed you go under the covers and then when they finish you hear i chime. Yes, you just get the male sim to makeout with the girl sim then go in the bed and then it will say woohoo! then you have to go to try for a baby then if you see flowers on top of the bed then the girl is pregnant if you don't see flowers on top of the bed then she's not pregnant. After a couple of days the baby will be born.

Unfortunately you cannot have children on Sims 2 Xbox but you can get married.

Yes you can on Wii, PS3, and XBOX 360! As long as a Male and Female Sim follow the Pregnancy steps. Pregnancy last for 3 Days in Sims Time...
