U play multiplayer if u find an icon with two stick figuers holding hands. but you need to play near eachother like in LEGO games, there is no actual splitscreen. Also most cheats are disabled as well as rocket launchers and sniper rifles. And if u thought of racing to bad u can only be in the same vehicle so no racing. Unless u have it for pc and do some scripting and modding.than u can fix all of that. But its tedious and annoying to try. So get a pc version, Google gta sa mp, follow instructons and then you can play online.
