You can't.
if you mean from a pc to a ps3 then when you have to do is put the files which you want on the ps3 onto a usb and then put the usb in one of the ps3 ports and the copy them into your data
Move them to a USB flash drive and use that to move them to the PS3 if the files are compatible with the PS3
Sadly, iTunes files cannot be transferred from computer to computer or onto a USB flash drive. The reason why is the files are "locked". This means that the files cannot be opened on any other computer that isn't authorized by the iTunes account holder.
if you have windows plug it in to the usb port located on your computer. Wait a bit and a window should pop up. When it does click open a folder to view files. If a window doesn't pop up go to my computer and look for it there. Paste files into the folder then unplug the usb. Put the usb into another computer and open the folder in. You can take the files and put them into the other computer. That is how you use a usb drive. 1 gb isn't a huge amount of space though.
To transfer pictures from your computer to your cell phone via USB: Connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable. Unlock your phone and select “File Transfer” or “Media Transfer” (MTP) mode if prompted. On your computer, open File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac). Locate your phone under "Devices". Open the DCIM or Pictures folder on your phone. Drag and drop pictures from your computer into the phone’s folder. For easier management and batch transfer of photos, you can also use MobiKin Assistant for Android or MobiKin Assistant for iOS. These tools allow you to import, export, organize, and back up your pictures with just a few clicks.
No you can not load or download games into or from the PS3 with the USB port
they charge after you have put the usb wire into the ps3 usb then pluged the other end into the controller
Just connect it to the computer using a USB cable (a PSP's USB slot is a Micro-B port), and the memory stick will appear to the computer as a removable drive to which you can copy files to.

No there is no computer version of PlayStation Home to download
you have to put your usb cord into the computer and something should pop up (if it doesnt go to my computer and you should find it there) and you drag your MP3 files to the folder and it should work perfectly
No. USB are external storages. You would not be able to see what was on a USB after removing it unless you saved the files to your local computer disk.
