First, go to the punching arcade game, defeat the first two levels and find a bottle and rapidly press it on the A button. You must have lots of strength. Use your writing hand. Then, if you can't defeat the fourth level, (I recommend you don't) go to the Karaoke game and make sure you've practiced that game and keep 400 points. You'll end up with 700 points and then go to the Rock, Paper, and Scissors game and get 400 points. You will have 1100 points. Go to the door and soon you will have to battle the old lady.
Defeat her and you will finally get the Ultimate Spirit Attack!
