There are two ways to become a Plant sim on the Sims 2:
1.
Buy a bunch of trees then spray them. It is Entirely random if you become a plant sim or not whenever you spray a tree.
2.
Through cheats. Not absolutely sure how. Maybe it works with boolprop testingcheatsenabled true...
You become one if you (a teen or older) plant a forbidden fruit then eat it. If you have the Sims 3: University with Seasons, they can take part in an experiment but there is a 20% chance of becoming a PlantSim.
The best way is to make a big orchard (maybe 8 or so trees), and then wait a little while until all of them need to be sprayed down. It might take a couple tries.
You can become a plant person if you have sims 2 seasons first. Then you buy slot of fruit trees and wait until they are infested the you go and spray them and you might become a planterisam.
