MOLE
51 Mole is a online virtual world game made for age 7-12 kids in China. I've played both (I can read both chinese and english) and let's just say that 51 Mole is very very very similar to Club Penguin. Too similar for it to be a coincidence. If you can understand chinese play it, then you'll know what I'm talking about. The basic ideas are the same, even the same card game (card jitsu), but 51mole adds more quests and stuff like that, also everything is availible, there are no members and nonmembers.
51 anni, maschio in Italian means "Male, 51 years old" in English.
Assuming you mean the percent change from 25 to 51, then it is 51/25*100% = 204%

30 to 51 is a 70% increase.
