How do you get redeem codes for Xbox 360 live?

Xbox 360 offers the ability to establish additional privileges to your account through the use of codes.

These codes can be redeemed from the menu for these privileges, be they an Xbox LIVE membership or additional downloadable content (DLC).

It should be noted that DLC requires, in addition to the code, an internet connection, however it may not required to have an Xbox LIVE membership.

Start as if you're buying something on the marketplace. There will be a redeem code button.
