Full save: You will be given the opportunity to save your progress after competing a tower or castle boss battle. Select 'Yes' when asked.
Quick save: If you have to suspend your session between boss battles, enter the options menu by pressing the + Button on the world map, and select Quick Save. A file with quick save data is indicated with a red balloon. Note that quick save data is deleted when you resume your session!
After completing the game, the Quick Save option is replaced with Full Save.
