499 BCE to 490 BCE.
First define the Second Persian War. The Persian War ran 499-449 BCE - it had several phases - Ionian Revolt, Persian punitive expedition against Eretria and Athens, Persian invasion of mainland Greece, Greek counter-offensive. Which among this is supposed to be 'Second Persian War'?
The term Second Persian War is unclear. There was warfare between the Greek city-states from 499 BCE to 449 BCE, including the Ionian Revolt 499-493 BCE, the Persian punitive expedition against Eretria and Athens 490 BCE, the Persian invasion of peninsular Greece 480-479 BCE, and the ongoing battles throughout the eastern Mediterranean 478-449 BCE. Take your pick what you want to call first, second, third etc.
The Battles of Lexington and Concord marked the start of the Revolutionary War between the colonies and Great Britain. These battles did take place between the Second Continental Congress meeting in Philadelphia.
There were more than 5 Persian Wars each involved numerous areas and battles. One of the most famous battles though would be the Battle of Thermopylae. Which is where the 300 Spartans and 700 Thespians took their last stand against the estimated 300,000 Persians in the second invasion of Greece.
The second Persian invasion of Greece was initiated by Emperor Xerxes I. Following the defeat of his father Darius I at the Battle of Marathon in 490 BCE, Xerxes aimed to expand Persian control and sought revenge against the Greek city-states. His campaign culminated in significant battles such as those at Thermopylae and Salamis in 480 BCE.
Leonidas was killed at then of a small holding action at the Thermopylai Pass. The Persian invasion went on for a couple more years, and was decided in favour of the Greek alliance after major battles at Salamis, Plataia and Mycale.

Giving numbers to the Persian conflict wit the Greek world is dubious. Warfare ra from 499 to 449 BCE in different phases. The first phase was suppression of the Ionian revolt 499-493 BCE. The second phase was the Persian punitive expedition against Eretria and Athens 490 BCE. The third phase was the Persian invasion of mainland Greece 480-479 BCE. Then followed the fourth phase - a series of clashes and battles between the Delian League led by Athens and the Persian Empire 478-449 BCE.
Second Persian invasion of Greece happened in -480.
there was the first Persian war then the second Persian war then the war that we are in today.
The term 'Second Persian War' is artificial. The wars between Persia and various combinations of Greek city-states in the Eastern Mediterranean lasted for fifty years, and were not easily identified as First, Second etc. They began in 499 BCE with the Ionian Revoltin in western Asia Minor, then a punitive raid by Persia against Athens and Eretria for their participation in the Revolt, then an invasion of mainland Greece ten years later, then thirty years of sporadic battles with the Delian League led by Athens. In this its is difficult to construct a First, Second, Third etc Persian War. However to directly answer a question on the end of the Persian Wars, in 449 BCE under the Peace of Callias, the Persias agreed not to intervene in Greek city-states outside their empire.
