Go get a whole pile of Ultra Balls from the Pokemart then head north until you find Wallace and Steven. They'll take you to the Cave of Origin where you'll battle Groudon. Good luck! Once you've battled, a whole bunch of stuff happens, then you'll be able to get back into the city and into the Sootopolis City Gym.
