What do you do when you have moved the head on outset island?

You have to get Power Braclets to move that rock. They're located at a Fire Mountain that is one square south of Dragon Roost Island. But before you can even get in the vocano you have to freeze the lava. That's a job for the ice arrows. They're located inside Mother and Child Isles by using the tornado (Ballad of Gales). To get this song for the Windwaker, you'll have to fight Cyclos with the arrows you have. You can find him in Northern Triangle Island, inside the large tornadoes. Just aim directly at him and it will hit him. Do this three times or you will lose and will be carried of into a different, random area.

After you move the head, there is a hole you can drop down. This hole is a 51 floor battle dungeon. As you go on it gets harder and harder. Every, I think, 10 floors, there is a safe room where you can get rupees, hearts, and you get the option to leave the dungeon early. At the 31st floor, you get a tri-force chart. To get to the end, you need the mirror shield from the wind temple. Stand in a beam of light and reflect it onto the statue. After the last 20 floors, you get the final prize, a heart piece. As long as you bring a couple fairys, you should be fine. One thing worth mentioning is that enemies don't drop items, so you have to use the grappling hook to steal the items from them, but I don't think it's worth it. Just wait till one of the safe room to get the items.
