Ohhh I love this Perk. This gives out some incredible little Easter eggs and generally makes the world a lot less serious. For example you can find Aliens like from Mothership Zeta and you can find a skeleton in a fedora hiding in a fridge in the middle of the desert somewhat around a direct bomb strike. It makes the game a lot less serious and lends itself to a slightly funnier experience. I'd suggest it highly for maybe a second playthrough.
It does remove some things though. No more Gauss Rifle because you can get the Alien Blaster for example.

First go to tumbleweed ranch up north. Then head east up the mountain. You should see a burned out campfire and 3 aliens. Kill them and search the alien captain. He should have it + 160 alien power cells. WARNING: you MUST have the wild wasteland perk for the aliens to be there. without it there will just be mercanarys. 1 of the mercenarys have a rare guass rifle.

u should have been to the gun runners which has an awesome rifle and the way to get it is to got to a casino play roulett with lots of chips and if you win money save your game and if you lose money shoot a guy and wait till you die then you will go back to having some money and keep doing that until u get like 10,thousand cos the stuff at gun runners is really expensive. hope this helps!
