By completing every challenge. or be lucky and end up in a hack lobby that you had nothing to do with rather than just being in there and playing the game, and the host puts on god mod which, for people who don't know, gives you all titles and emblems no matter what lvl or pestige lvl you are. even if you your prestige lvl 3 you still get the 10th prestige title and hardest emblem to get in the game.
