A standard weapon refers to a type of armament that is commonly used and accepted within military or law enforcement contexts. These weapons typically include firearms, such as rifles and handguns, that meet specific criteria for reliability and effectiveness. Standard weapons are often issued to personnel and are standardized for training, maintenance, and operational purposes. They can vary by country and organization, reflecting the specific needs and doctrines of the forces using them.
