runes, alot of runescape has monsters which just drop stuff that you dont need, ice giants in port sarim has alot of value to its drop
K'ril Tsutsaroth drops will occasionally drop a dds, dragon impling jars can also be looted for possible dds loot. Many more monsters drop dragon daggers unpoisoned, but you can poison them yourself if you have the herblore level to make poison ++. 50 noted unpoisoned dragon daggers are a rare drop table item.

There is no such thing as dragonwarrior armor on runescape. If you mean dragon plate armor, you need to have level 60 defense to be able to wear it. Dragon plate armor has good defense bonuses, but it is a little expensive. To get dragon plate armor you can but it at the grand exchange or buy ir from players. Some monsters on runescape drop dragon armor but it is usually a rare drop.
The most expensive drop you can get on runescape is the corrupt dragon battleaxe at 3.9m
No, level 128 ghosts that are in the RuneScape wilderness will not drop Dragon Full Helms. The only RuneScape monster that drops the Dragon Full Helm is the Mithril Dragon which has a combat level of 178 and drops the helm as a "very rare" drop.
Monsters in the god wars dungeon drop them. They're really hard to beat though.
