Outside Zere Rocks, there is a boy on the lower bridge, and if you give him some medicine, he will give you a treasure map. When you defeat the dungeon boss, you will get another map for free, and so on.

Beat Equinox and you'll get another map. I recommend level 40 for Equinox as he double attacks and he is like Morag. Can't fall or be put to sleep etc, etc.
If Equinox gives you a Level 6 map etc, keep repeating to kill Equinox until he gives you a Level 2 map. And go on from that.
