Where do you get an invisibility potion in oblivion?

If you have the PC version of it, you can use console (~ button)

With console

Type in: showenchantment

Then, choose the ring and then a sould gem (if you have Azura's Star that works too) but it have to have a soul in it!

Finally, name your ring

It costs money so be sure you have some!

Please Note: You can only choose a non-enchanted ring to enchant!

Then, scroll down the enchantemnt options to invisibility option

You must already have a invisibility spell in your spell inventory!!! (with console and without)

If it is for use, I suggest you choose your weakest sould gem since it wont affect anything, only its sell value. If its to sell it, the bigger the soul gem, the bigger the value.

Without console

If you have other versions such as PPS or Xbox 360, you need to find an Altar of Enchantement either in the Chironasium at Arcane University or in Arch Mage Quarters. You need to be in Mages Guild in order to access the Altar and must have access to Arcane University and be an apprentice (for Chironasium) or an Arch Mage (for Arch Mage querters, for this you need to finish whole quest).

you cant, but you can make armor with grand soul gems and chameleon effect to get 100% chamelion

They are frequently found in random loot. Or you can make one yourself if you are good at alchemy.
