To unlock the "Recon" Armour permutations, you must complete all "Vidmaster" achievements across Halo 3 & Halo 3 O.D.S.T, once all these are completed, you must have a Bungie.net account, when you are logged in on the site, you should see a box saying "Road To Recon" when you click on this you should see a message saying you have unlocked recon armour or somthing similar, and so when you next play Halo 3 and check the armour set screen, you can put recon on your spartan. Recon armor is coveted by all good halo 3 players. But you cannot unlock it in any ordinary way. Bungie have recon along with the flaming head and give it out only to those who do great feats like get killionaires on matchmaking and stuff like that. There are many rumors on the internet saying that you can cheat but you simply can't. You have to do something special, make a video of it then put it on your file share and hope that bungie will notice it. I have heard that self sticking or self sniping is a good way to do it but I am not entirely sure. Hopethis helped. :->

If you mean make unlimited armor lock, it's only possible in forge. you have to put out two armor locks, get one person in monitor, the grab one of the armor locks, use it and have the person in monitor delete all of them through the other one while your in armor lock. then you can walk around as normal except your invincible.
