Your Animal Jam account may log you out with a message saying you were gone for too long due to inactivity or a connection issue. I deactivated my account and when I decided to use it again I just logged in the same way I always did. I can't remember if they prompted to me to change my account settings or not but that's how I got my account back.
Your not allowed to do this on a limited account. If you want to make a new account, but don't have admin powers just use safe mode. Safe mode can be accessed by pressing F8 on startup.

Signing out means you're not actively logged into eBay on your own computer. Signing out does NOT remove your name and account from the site.
After a while of not using it the account will either automatically delete or ask you if you want it to be deleted. Just log out of it and delete the app. In a month the account will be gone
