I've been in the vinyl liner industry for a long time and I've never heard of a "liner bolt." Do you have more info? A link perhaps?
both washer pumps are under wheel arch liner. drivers side front, remove arch liner bolts,push back liner 3 bolts hold washer bottle,you have to take indcator out to access one of the bolts.other 2 under wheel arch.

You have to take of the front grill 3 screws the you have to remove the bumper. Take out wheel arch black liner and then you will see the bolts you have to remove and then unscrew the remaining bolts on the headlamp
Pull your liner down at the front points of rear bumper and remove the two #10 bolts....take visable bolts and clips off the bottom of cover....lift gate---open storage compartment---remove plastic clips that hold liner and remove liner---remove two black clips that hold trim plate and remove trim plate---there will be 5 #10 bolts inside holes in to remove .....pull cover off! Note: from front points of cover to gate the cover just snaps in.
