I believe what you may have is the FN Super Lightweight Auto5. This was distributed by FN, but not by Browning as best I can tell. The gun would say Browning Arms Co if Browning actually imported them. The definitive book by HM Shirley (Browning Auto 5 Shotguns) identifies the receiver as a alloy receiver, not specifically aluminum. The 20 ga was introduced in 1969, but production figures are unknown. Many of these receivers were prone to flaking until FN began a new heat treatment to the guns in 1972. As with any of these guns, they are very seldom seen. One in mint condition should pull 50-75% more than a standard Belgian A5. Recommend taking it to a gun shop for appraisal.
