The best you can afford.
Try an acog scope or if there is snow or dust flying around a thermal scope. Try to get the bling perk so that you can have a thermal scope AND fmj
The best assault rifle is in fact the AK-47. The best sub machine gun is the AK-74U or the MP63. I can't give a sniper the best sniper award because they are all good. I can give suggestions though. When you choose a sniper don't use the heat sensor ones. and replace the scope on them with the AOCG scope. The AOCG scope is accurate and you can still keep your good view versus have the sniper scope on and limiting you to seeing just one area. So yes, if anything exchange the regular sniper scopes for the AOCG scope and you'll be getting 20+ kills easily. Then you have to think. Not everything is the best for everyone so honesty this an opinion. So theres what I think are the best. Hope I helped.
The m1 garand for its power and it can have a sniper scope
well actually i thought that the SSR 4000 sniper rifle was the best but if u Google or bing what ever winter tatical sniper u will find some great feautures well that is it in my opinon what is urs
The best way to kill a sniper is to snipe him yourself! Although this may sound stupid this is the easiest way. Supposing your target is in a sniper post first you must find a place where no-one else is and where you can get a clear shot through to the sniper then use your scope and get him!!! Sources:I got 3 headshots on the same guy by using this method.
It all depends on how you play. If you hard scope, it is probably the Barrett 50 cal, however if you quick scope and drag scope it is the Intervention. if u do both its the WA2000 but its kinda nooby...
I suggest a Leapers Master Sniper Scope if you can afford it. It sells for about $45. Or any of the Leapers line of scopes. Check http:/www.pyramydair.com and search on "Scopes" to see what is available.
Unless you're an optician, you can't. The US military has standardized on Leupold scopes for its snipers, so if you want a sniper scope, go to a good gun store and buy the Leupold scope you like best. Then, go to a gunsmith familiar with high-accuracy rifles with your bolt-action rifle (Remington Model 700 is a very good gun and .308 is the caliber I would choose) and have all these things done to it: fit the stock to you, glass-bed the stock (this makes the stock fit against the barrel nicely and cuts down on vibration), polish the bolt, have the headspace adjusted, then mount the scope. And THEN buy about twenty boxes of match-grade ammo and learn how to shoot. The scope is just part of what makes a rifle a sniper rifle; it's a system including the rifle, optics, ammunition and shooter.
Since US military snipers came before police and civilian (target shooters) snipers; well cover that subject. 1. US snipers prior to WWI were called SHARPSHOOTERS (or Marksmen). 2. After WWI the term sniper became popular. 3. All US snipers (Marksmen, Sharpshooters) used standard issue military rifles, but had scopes installed on them. With the exception of the USMC in Vietnam, they used civilian (adapted for military use) bolt action hunting rifles. US Army snipers in Vietnam used standard issued M14 service rifles that the army called XM21 weapon's systems. The "X" meaning experimental. After Vietnam, they were called M21 weapon's systems. 4. The XM-21 weapon's system was simply a hand fitted M14 service rifle. Armourers (the military name for gunsmiths) put them together from the best M14 parts and they digested MATCH ammunition. MATCH ammo was simply loaded with precision powder and exact measurements. They had the words MATCH engraved upon the heads of the brass shells...even in Vietnam. 6. Priority targets for US Military snipers used to be (during the war) officers, NCOs, radiomen, crew served wpns, any other target the sniper feels is important...and other snipers. Guess what the tall tale sign of a sniper used to be? A RIFLE SCOPE! 7. In a war zone, if a man had a scope; he was a sniper. That's what made the difference. Real combat snipers, who have to "rough it", often damage their scopes. Consequently, all US Military snipers (in Vietnam) had to be expert shots with their iron sights (non-scope). More than one US military sniper in Vietnam had to dispatch enemy personnel with iron sights because their scope was un-servicable. Therefore, a "scope" may be the trademark of the US military sniper, but he better be able to hit targets at 900 meters without one...or he's a sniper on paper only, and that'll be temporary!
I have no doubt in my mind that it i say version of the AWM, or the dsr1, which shoots faster than awm, but is still a 1 shot kill to the stomach/chest/head, with 1 scope zoom which is less than awm first scope but less than awm second scope
The best gun to get a rookie sniper could depend. It all really depends on the person and what they are comfortable with.
