At the end of the Cold War.
The key treaty was that signed on 12 September 1990 between Britain, France, the Soviet Union and the United States on the one hand and the two German states on the other. It was the closest thing to a peace treaty between the former Allies and Germany that was ever signed. It determined Germany's border, set a maximum size for its armed forces and gave the green light for reunification. Its validity was conditional on later ratification by the new German parliament for Germany as a whole.
Adolf Hitler declared the end of the Treaty of Versailles on March 16, 1935, when he announced the reintroduction of conscription in Germany, violating the treaty’s military restrictions. This act marked a significant step in his broader agenda of rearmament and expansion. The announcement was part of his strategy to challenge the post-World War I order and assert German power in Europe.
There were no treaties signed to end WW2. Germany and Japan signed instruments of unconditional SURRENDER.
Germany signed the Treaty of Versailles, resulting ini peace at the end of World War 1.
There were five treaties, which together are often referred to as the Paris Peace Settlement. # Treaty of Versailles (with Germany) # Treaty of St Germain (with Austria) # Treaty of Trianon (with Hungary) # Treaty of Neuilly (with Bulgaria) # Treaty of Sevres (with Turkey) Note that Turkey resumed fighting and gained a much more favourable settlement in the Treaty of Lausanne (1923).
Peace was officially declared in World War I with the signing of the Armistice on November 11, 1918, which marked the cessation of hostilities. The formal end of the war was established with the signing of the Treaty of Versailles on June 28, 1919. This treaty laid the groundwork for post-war peace and the reorganization of national boundaries in Europe.

The reinsurance treaty, simply put, was a secret nonagression pact between Russia and Germany. Germany did not reinstate the treaty because of her complicated web of alliances; specifically, the dual alliance between Germany and Austria-Hungary.

treaty of versailles
Italy's specific goals in the Versailles Treaty were to end up with territory that had at one time belonged to the Republic of Venice (renaissance era). To get the specifics look up the Treaty of London of 1915 in which the French, English & Russians promised the Italians added territory if they declared war on their former allies Austria & Germany.
The treaty of versaille was a peace treaty at the end of World War 1. The treaty was received badly in Germany because they were blamed for the war. the treaty is linked to the rise of Hitler in WW2
The opportunity didn't arise. Mainly as a result of the Cold War and the division of Germany there was NO peace treaty between the Allies and Germany till shortly before the re-unification of Germany in 1990. At that point, 45 years after the end of WW2, it was a matter of laying down some conditions before agreeing to reunification. Please bear in mind that the situation after WW2 was very different as Germany was subject to a much more devastating defeat than in WW1. [I personally am not convinced that history contains "lessons"]. Joncey
