Yes as a matter of fact he did. Starting from 1937 he had a Greek/German Doctor by the name Ralph V. Zoilxot, who was his doctor for until he committed suicide. That Doctor gave Hitler a for of diluted thiocyanate, which was used on elephants or clean their colon.
The symptoms where very clear on Hitler's eyes and posture. In his later pictures there was always a dark discoloration under his eyes, and was sometimes nicknamed by the Hungarians as "the rackoon". Also his shoulders were draping forward and his walk became more like that of a Gorilla despite the effortless attempts by his Attire staff to try and make him appear in an up right posture.
One other thing noted in history, but not confirmed is he farted a lot due to his body expelling gases so he always had an odor of an open sewer hole. Also could be seen in recent pictures how everyone is at least 2 arms length away from him. One of the videos where hilter is seen shaking hands with young school kids one of the kids after shaking Hitler's hand he then turns around while pinching his nose and walking away abruptly.
