King George III ascends the British throne in 1760. The Seven Years' War (1756 - 1763) comes to an end and France cedes Canada to Britain, yet criticism of the government grows, led by the controversial figure of John Wilkes. Meanwhile, unrest begins to make itself felt in Britain's American colonies. The Seven Years' War was fought from 1756 to 1763, incorporating the Pomeranian War and the French and Indian War which was fought from 1754 to 1763, and enveloped both European and colonial theatres. It is estimated that between 900,000 and 1,400,000 people died. This conflict involved all of the major European powers of the period: Prussia, Hanover, and United Kingdom of Great Britain (including British colonies in North America, the British East India Company, and Ireland) were pitted against Austria, France (including the North American colony of New France and the French East India Company), the Russian Empire, Sweden, and Saxony. Portugal (on the side of Great Britain) and Spain (on the side of France) were later drawn into the conflict, and a force from the neutral Netherlands was attacked in India.
Out of the 1,000,000 strong army that fought on the belligerents side in the Crimean war there were a total of 250,000 troops that fought throughout the war with just over 21,000 killed either as a result of fighting or disease.
this is stupid, im just trying to find a answer to my questions and all you give me is that i have to sign up for something!
Just about everyone did. The Left Social Revolutionaries were supportive for a while and participated in government with them but eventually they wound up being traitors essentially. The main group within Russia that fought against the Bolsheviks however was the Tsarists, they were supported by the Right SRs and the Mensheviks. They were all soon supported militarily by over a dozen other countries like the US, UK and France. After the Left SRs left them, the Bolsheviks were left by themselves.
actually muslims came to India just to rule and looted Indian wealth .They don't consider it as their mother land .At the time of British rule in India they hardly fought any serious war of independence they just waited for the result and when India got freedom the very first things they do is to take their own country now known as Pakistan. can any one name the muslims who sacrifice his life . among Hindus the list is never ending. they just given their blood to take their separate country Pakistan not for India's freedom
Please explain what you mean by 'the English system'.
Gremans, Russians, British and Spanish... These are just large nations they have fought
The british fought on one side and the french and indians fought on the other side. The colonists fought on the british side, and got andgry when the proclamation of 1763 was passed: it stated that the colonists did not have access to the other dside of the Ohio river valley, only the native americans who fought along with the conlonists and the british. my name is Jayda Alfred i am 10 years old and i just blew your mind.
The Patriots and the Tories were two groups of people during the American Revolution. The Patriots were a group of "rebels" against the King(George III) and wanted freedom and independence in America. The Tories were "loyalists", that is, loyal to the King. They were against independence in America and were proud of being British. They most likely just didn't want conflict with Britain during this time.

It wasn't just fought in Japan. It was also fought in Europe, Africa and other parts of Asia. Reason why World War 2 was fought in Japan was thought Japan was part of the Axis and they were fighting against the US.
No. There was also conflict in Eastern Europe, Poland mainly, with the Germans & Austro/Hungarians fighting the Russians. Then there was the Balkan front, Italy, with 12 battles of the Isonzo, Rommel of the Afrika Korps, in WW2, fought at Caporetto. The Turks fought in the Gallipoli campaign against the British & Australian invaders & there was also a desert campaign in Iraq & Palestine against Turkey (The Ottoman Empire) Also, just for good masure there was fighting in Africa, where the Germans had possessions.
The British were not guilty. They were just using self-defence against the colonists.
